Installation and Maintenance

a) Connect the SPD in series between the protected device and the signal/power transmission channel.

b) Connect the input terminal (IN) to the signal/power transmission channel, and the output terminal (OUT) to the protected device.

c) Connect the SPD earthing wire to the earthing bus-bar of the lightning protection system.

d) No special maintenance required. If issues arise, remove the SPD from the circuit and test the system. If the system recovers, replace the SPD immediately.
