Surge Protective Devices provide protection against surge current resulting from direct or indirect lightning strike or similar surge voltage. Suitable for indirect lightning and direct lightning impact or other instantaneous overvoltage surge protection. Ideal for home housing, third industry and industrial field surge protection requirements.

The lightning arrester can effectively protect power equipment. When abnormal voltage appears, the lightning arrester activates to provide protection. Under normal working voltage, the arrester remains inactive and acts as a ground circuit. When high voltage threatens the insulation of protected equipment, the lightning arrester immediately activates and directs the high voltage impact current to the ground, limiting voltage amplitude and protecting electrical equipment insulation. Once the overvoltage subsides, the arrester quickly returns to its original state, allowing normal system operation. The main function is to reduce the voltage value of protected equipment through parallel discharge gap or nonlinear resistance action.
