A surge protective device (SPD) is designed to protect electrical systems and equipment from surge events by limiting transient voltages and diverting surge currents.
Should you test an SPD?
Any test on an SPD will involve passing voltage though the device to ensure activation, this passing of the voltage will degrade the components within the SPD and therefore shorten the lifespan of the device. SPDs have certificates of conformity to demonstrate that they are built to the relevant part of the EN 61643 series for that type of device.
Use cable to connect between the SPD and the breaker panel. Avoid sharp bends and excess length in the wiring. Short direct connections are best.

1. What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2. Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we will ship with our account. It takes about 7-10 days to reach.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 7-10 days. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4. How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 25 days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design logo?
A: We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG,cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. Which kinds of certificate would you have?

7. What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% before shipping.
